The task required us to develop our understanding of proximity and alignment in InDesign and produce a typographic invitation for a party or event. Using only type to convey the message was the challenge. The green background symbolizes hope, new beginnings, growth, and life. The color green is ideal for weddings. The font pairing enhances the overall design by giving the invitation a more polished and aesthetically pleasing appearance. Unity was enhanced by using the same font for the venue and the names. By emphasizing the name above all else and creating a contrast between the left and right alignments, the invitation became appealing and visually interesting.
